Timeline:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Your Day to Day:
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. Your placement within the Innovation & Analytics Internship Program will be in one of the following areas:
Data Analytics
The Data Analytics team analyzes the impacts of change, document, and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change. We develop, maintain, and manage reporting, analytics, dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI. We work with Data & Analytics workstream initiative teams and develop requirement documents and delivery roadmaps.
Digital Transformation
The Digital Transformation team is responsible for championing the best digital client experience possible. We partner with PGIM affiliates to understand their business needs, investigate new technologies, and partner with the appropriate technology teams to modernize our current digital footprint.
Market Data Services Analyst
Market Data Services is the centralized resource within Prudential responsible for procuring and coordinating all market data and research services globally. We cover all market data business management functions and are responsible for coordinating move, adds, or changes, submitting and reconciling invoices, updating the current inventory and databases, coordinating vendor meetings, and conducting research for market data vendors.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
- Minimum 2.8 GPA required
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to understand and analyze basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Knowledge of investment accounting and of various investment instruments

Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred majors include Economics, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business and Data Analytics, Computer Science, and/or related fields of study
- Strong Communication, interpersonal leadership, and organizational skills
- Client focused and result oriented work ethic
- Ability to work independently and work as a member of a team.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to understand and analyze basic accounting principles and financial statements

Note: The salary range for this role is $26.00 to $30.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
